Just back from Atlanta Augustus and had a lovely stay! Clean, cozy room with a huge balcony for sunset views. Super close to the beach, and the breakfast spread had delicious pastries. Only downside? The breakfast area got a bit hectic during peak times.

Pleasant small hotel with good staff at check-out. Brilliant room with exceptionally comfortable bed and free safe for safety measures. All in all unbeatable location, very close to the fantastic Lido di Venezia and cafes/restaurants on the lido. Also, close to the ferry.

The hotel itself is quite charming, but the breakfast was an utter disappoinment, with a woudl've have loved more options. I find it interesting that no one felt it necessary to offer me an upgrade when my room was just average. I almost thought I'd leave a glowing review-almost.

Overall excellent food.
This charming small and modern hotel occupies a really clean building in the Italian style. Central location very close to many bars, and the beach on the other side of the Lido, and bars and restaurants are minutes from the venue. Also, Congress Center is near by.

The hotel is conveniently located near the
Water bus terminal. The room decor is charming and adds a unique touch. The bathroom could need some updates to improve functionality. A perfect balance of tranquility and access.

Positive, I loved the spacious room with the large balcony-perfect for unwinding after exploring. The air conditioning worked great, blissful in the summer heat. Breakfast had a nice spread of fresh pastries, and the staff were super cute and helpful. A cozy spot to stay.

Room that we get was great, were comfortable, safe, air conditioning, fridge, TV, hear dryer etc.. Location was also very good; 20 min to S.Marco square by water bus is nicer than bus from the main land. If you buy Venice Card you can get 72h ticket for water buses (you will need it anyway).
The breakfast was rather simple (it was everything you need for a half day in the city :) but you can be bored with it after few days ;). The juice was great.
